Do I have to provide car safety seats for children I occasionally take to the doctor?

Child safety seats are required here in Georgia. Do I have to refuse to transport my neighbors when they have children with them, or is there some sort of exemption for people who don't have children?|||Have your neighbors provide the car safety seats. If the children are theirs, then they should pay for the safety seats and put them in your car.|||No, if the parents do not have carseats, they should not have their children in a car. You will be fined just like if you passenger does not have their seat belt fastened. Also if you have a wreck you will really be in deep doodoo when they sue you for damages.|||children only have to legally be in car seats when they are in their normal car. if it is not their normal form of transportation, then it is excepted for them not to travel in car seats. thats the law in england, i dont know if it varies in georgia
