Some physics questions regarding momentum and car safety?

How is car safety useful in reducing the effects of momentum?

Why can car safety reduce the effects of momentum?

How can car safety be improved?

Which would be more successful in reducing the effects of momentum; airbags or seatbelts?

Who would not need to use car safety?

Why would car safety reduce the effects of momentum?

How would airbags reduce the effects of momentum?

What will improve car/road safety?

Who will not be affected by the improvement of car safety?

Why will car safety reduce the effects of momentum?

How will seatbelts reduce the effects of momentum?

Which might be more useful in reduce the effects of momentum- interior or exterior safety devices?

Who might no want the effects of momentum to be reduced?

Why might car safety reduce the effects of momentum?

How might car safety be improved?

What would car safety offer?

Why should the effects of momentum be reduced?

it would be great if there were references bt if you know the answer by mind thats fine|||Momentum is energy in motion hence if you can reduce motion energy will decrease. The best way to reduce energy without been abrupt (causing other damage) is gradually. Both static and non static forms of motion reduction are the most effective way to reduce motion of energy. When a vehicle has a high center of gravity and moves a large mass on impact energy is distributed to the weakest points relative to gravity giving a lesser chance of containment disturbance, but a greater chance of ejection of objects from containment. When a vehicle has a low center of gravity and moves a large mass on impact energy is distributed to the weakest point relative to gravity but with a higher chance of containment disturbance and a lesser chance of ejection of objects from containment. The key is to find the proper balance between mass and center of gravity and at the same time use both static and non static systems to reduce injury. I wrote it this way so you can do some searching around I am not going to do you homework for you, but I will at least guide you to the right things you need to look for. GOOD LUCK have fun.....
