What is the minimum speed of the safety car in Formula 1 when there is an safety car on the track?

Formula 1, FIA, Safety car "SC", What is SC minimum speed|||65mph is the minimum but there is no maximum|||I think it just tries to go around the track as fast as it can. I don't think the driver really cares about slowing traffic down ever. If they should then I doubt it would be by more than a few seconds. Althought I don't believe there are any written rules, I would believe that any speed slower than 30 mph on a turn would be too slow.
