I see some ads say quebec plated..is it easier to put into my name if bought in quebec? My car from ontario i don't think will pass safety..I don't know who to ask so I came here lol.
|||If you are a resident in Quebec ....you can buy a car in Quebec without a safety, if the car was previously registered in Quebec....I suggest you trade your current car.....thanks and good luck...Steve
