I want a to get a new or used car under $20 grand.|||I would recommend the Chevrolet Cruze. It is a great starter car. It has an attractive exterior, trendy, up-graded interior, and gets great gas mileage (with an EPA of 24 city and 36 highway) The Cruze comes standard with 10 air bags, including driver and front passenger knee airbags. The Cruze also comes with six months of OnStar directions and connections, and is XM capable. It is definitely something to check into.
